Terms and Conditions

All sales and services are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• NTTC required prior to sale or service, otherwise sales tax will be charged.
• Shipping and hourly services, when quoted, are estimates only. Actual time and costs will be invoiced upon time of service or delivery.
• Interest at the rate of 5% per week will be applied to invoices not paid by the date "Payment Due" date shown on the invoice.
• We reserve the right to bill for expenses related to delays caused by contracting party.
• In addition to invoices and interest, contracting party/buyer, agrees to pay any and all legal fees and costs incurred in collecting overdue accounts.
• Credit Card Processing Fee of 3.5% will be invoiced in addition to the grand total for credit card payments.
• 100% payment required prior to ordering for first time customers.
• Inventory and Lead Times subject to change at any time.
• Service provided for 3 months after purchase for orders over $3,000. Subject to travel expenses for service calls outside of Albuquerque, NM.
